The development will include housing for sale and rent, as well as 13,000 sq. ft of retail and commercial space. The scheme will also include the regeneration of a popular local park, The Queen’s Gardens.

Kurdistan Museum

We are acting for the developer of a new national museum for the Kurdish nation in the heart of Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The project is designed by signature architect Daniel Libeskind and a full team of consultants and project manager from the UK.

Kurdistan had been peaceful for more than 20 years, since the introduction of the “no fly” zone in 1991 to protect the Kurdish minority, until the invasion by ISIS in 2013. With the defeat of ISIS, it is hoped that the project will be built out in the near future.

The Landing, Maidenhead

We are acting for the Developer on a scheme to deliver this key town centre scheme in the heart of Maidenhead for 424 new homes, c.100,000sqft of office space, 40,000sqft of ground floor retail/leisure space and extensive new public realm

Historically known as the Landing, the site is located 100m away from the Maidenhead Train Station, which will benefit from the new Elizabeth Line opening in 2019.

Extending to some 3.5 acres of this historic market town, the proposed scheme will transform this part of Maidenhead with a truly mixed-use development around a new public square.
